Gardens to Visit in Cheshire
Gardens to Visit in Cheshire

We enjoy visiting gardens, whether its National Trust, RHS or an independent garden. They change so much throughout the year that there is normally something new to look at what ever season you visit. My girls love it when there is an extra activity on like a trail and I love it when there is a cafe for a nice cake and drink.

The gardens are stunning, the double herbaceous boarders are particularly magnificent. The different areas of the garden make it interesting and beautiful to wander round. Step inside the grand hall, walk through the woodland. play in the woodland play area and enjoy a lunch at the Gardener's Kitchen cafe.

Cholmondeley Castle is nestled within historic parkland and 70 acres of beautiful gardens. The castle sits at the highest point of the gardens. With a beautiful garden and woodland surrounding the castle. Including a rose garden, an arboretum and a temple garden. There is a cafe, toilets and a children's play area.

A real hidden gem in the Cheshire countryside, just 15 minutes from Chester. A beautiful garden to explore. One that will truly impress you with the amount of beautiful flowers and the unimaginable hard work that must have gone into it. It has an interesting sculpture trail, Wildflower Meadow and Japanese Garden and a small cafe for refreshments.
